I'm so glad so many of you are still doing these and enjyoing them after all these years. Take some time this coming week to pause and reflect on where you've been and where you want to go.
Intentions are just that - thoughts on being more intentional. No guilt or shame if you don't arrive but be resolute if you must for we all know that nothing changes if nothing changes. But don't they also say, "the road to hell is paved with good intentions"? Meaning if we don't put action behind our intentions, they mean nothing. It is also said "without vision, the people perish". But this one is from the Bible so I'm going with that one and going to set my vision/intentions and run with it.
I also encourage you to share them with someone because I've only known great success in the midst of great accountability. I believe you'll find it to be true as well if you can withstand a bit of uncomfortable vulnerability. It really is quite good for the soul.
