PROJECT INFO

Honeysuckle Co. agrees to provide video production services for graduate interview recordings related to IWU’s Texas Teachers Program, to be filmed on graduation day.

Date, Time & Location

  • Date: Saturday, May 2

  • Schedule:

    • 3:00 PM – Setup

    • 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Interviews/Filming

  • Location:
    Life Calling & Career Center
    2nd Floor, Student Center
    Indiana Wesleyan University

SCOPE OF WORK

Honeysuckle Co. will provide:

  • On-site video production of graduate interviews

  • Conduct and direct all interviews

  • Two-camera setup for multi-angle coverage

  • Professional audio capture (lav or directional)

  • Lighting setup appropriate for indoor interviews

  • Camera operation and monitoring throughout the session

Client will:

  • Provide interview subjects

  • Provide interview questions in advance 

DELIVERABLES

  • Raw, unedited video footage only

  • Footage delivered via digital download (or agreed file-sharing platform)

  • Delivery timeline: Within 48–72 hours after the event

Note: Editing services are not included in this agreement unless otherwise added in writing.

RATE & PAYMENT

  • Rate: $150/hour

  • Total Project Time: 4 hours

  • Total Project Cost: $600

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment due within 14 days of invoice delivery

SET UP & BREAKDOWN

  • Setup begins at 3:00 PM

  • Setup time is included within the total project hours

USAGE & RIGHTS

Client receives full rights to use delivered footage for:

  • Marketing

  • Promotional content

  • Internal and external distribution

Honeysuckle Co. retains the right to use select clips for:

  • Portfolio

  • Website

  • Social media promotion

(unless otherwise requested in writing)

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If canceled within 48 hours of the event, a 50% cancellation fee may apply

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to the full project rate

LIABILITY

Honeysuckle Co. will take all reasonable steps to capture and deliver high-quality footage. However, in the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the total amount paid under this agreement.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Videographer is an independent contractor and not an employee of Indiana Wesleyan University.
